Workshop on Simulating Additive Designs
Organized by CADFEM SEA
ANSYS helps the world’s most innovative companies deliver radically better products to their customers. CADFEM is the largest ANSYS channel partner in the ecosystem. By offering the best and broadest portfolio of engineering simulation software, we help them solve the most complex design challenges and engineer products limited only by imagination.
ANSYS Additive Manufacturing delivers the critical insights required by designers, engineers and analysts to avoid build failure and create parts that accurately conform to design specifications. This comprehensive solution spans the entire workflow — from design for additive manufacturing (DfAM) through validation, print design, process simulation and exploration of materials. In this workshop you will learn to simulate the printing process of your parts.
Nico Nagl works as CAE Application Engineer in CADFEM GmbH since 2017 with focusing on the technology development on Additive Manufacturing, Optimization and Structural Mechanics. He started his career as Business Development Manager (CAE) with CADFEM GmbH since 2012 and worked in various projects in Additive Manufacturing, Structural Mechanics, Optimization, Simulation Workflows.
He is a master degree holder in Applied Computational Mechanics; Finite Element Simulation at THI Ingolstadt, Germany and a bachelor degree holder in Mechanical Engineering at Applied Sciences Hochschule Amberg-Weiden, Germany.
