Advancements in the electronic application have led to high power density & relatively compact electronic design units. With the latest compact electronic design units, maintaining effective cooling is a challenging task for engineers. Using accurate & robust CHT simulations for electronic applications, engineers can highlight the various opportunities to optimize the heat transfer across the compact electronic units.

ANSYS Icepak accurately predicts airflow, temperature, and heat transfer for electronic and power electronic components and printed circuit boards. It can also perform thermal analysis of systemlevel applications, such as data centers, computers, and telecommunications equipment, and leverages the powerful computational fluid dynamics (CFD) solver, ANSYS Fluent, for evaluating conceptual designs and accessing data that would be either impractical or impossible with physical testing.

Currently dedicating his efforts as an Application Engineer at CADFEM India while working on simulation topics like underhood thermal management for automobile, valve analysis for oil & gas industry, HVAC & optimization simulations.
